kurt683 Posted August 15, 2011 Report Posted August 15, 2011 Hi Attorney I filed AOS during July 2007 for me and my 2 daughters. My PD is Nov 2002 in EB3 India category. Me getting my green card is very close (may be in 6 months) compared to the long wait I have had. My question is my elder daughter is turning 21 in Dec 2011. I read that she will age-out on dec 2001 and will be out of my filing status. From further reading I realized that CSPA is there to protect against it. SHould I do anything else at this point of time? Or simply let it go? WE have been filing for EAD and AP regularly and getting them. Please advise.Any attorneys advise will be highly appreciated. Belle Posted August 16, 2011 Report Posted August 16, 2011 If they have pending I-485s, they are protected.
Pokymon Posted August 16, 2011 Report Posted August 16, 2011 My daughter is turning 21 next year October. I have an approved I-140 and couldn't file I-485. I came to US in 1998. What's her situation?
