narenl Posted February 28 Report Share Posted February 28 Hello All, My priority date Aug-2014, all our EB-2,Downgraded EB-3 485's are as Case Remains pending, we have Valid EAD's up to 1 year and AP's up to 5 years ,H1 and H4 for another year also my kids age is locked. I want to send my kid to Caribbean medical schools for 2 years, Is there will be any problem to stay, study out of USA for 2 years with EAD and AP and any visa required to come back to US for clinical rotations after 2 years with valid AP .
