Booked an appointment with DS160 that i cannot retrieve now

Hi,

I have a visa dropbox appointment coming up on March 4 and I am unable to retrieve the DS160 form with which I booked my VISA appointment. As per the new rule, that I am seeing here it looks like the VISA appointment should match with the DS160 number. Could someone please help
