Hi All,

 

What are the Chances of H1B visa for a B.Sc Graduate in Computer science from Andhra university and having 16 years of IT experience. I already checked with Attorney about my eligibility and he confirmed that with my 3 years degree and experience i am eligible for filing H1B. At the same time he raised a concern that we may get RFE for education evaluation. What are the chances of H1B approval if we got RFE?
