There were no USA opportunities and since H1B is just a lotterry system - i was told to apply and i got selected. Later in 2023 I have travelled to USA as well. In the mean period, I was doing managerial roles Offshore. Am I eligible to convert my H1B to L1A currently being in USA. it is my 1 year of USA time and since USCIS is also saying in the last 3 preceeding years any 1 year If am performing the managerial role - L1A is eligible.
