shmani Posted February 25 Report Share Posted February 25 My H1B Max out date is on 02/25/2024 and my PERM was filed on 02/23/2023. My PERM is still pending. my previous H1 extension approved on 02/23/2024. but have not received a copy by mail, valid till 02/25/2025. don't know the i-94 valid date. What options do I have to stay back in the US legally? 1. Visitor visa 2. 1 year h1 extension based on the 365 day pending perm. Thanks Quote Link to comment
