LNU ON I797B, FNU ON DS FORM 160

I do not have a surname in passport. I have entered following : 

Passport: 

Surname : empty

Given Name : XXXX

DS Form 160(as per instructions given while filling form): 

Surname : XXXX

Given Name : FNU

Visa Appointment: 

Surname : XXXX

Given Name : FNU

Name appears as FNU, XXXX on visa appointment confirmation pdf

I797 B: 

I just noticed that my name appears as LNU, XXXX in I797 B

Will this create any issue when I go for visa interview?
