How many Days before my visa expires can I travel back to the USA?

My stamped H1B visa is expiring on May-30-2024, I am travelling to India on May 7th, 2024, and returning to USA on May 26th, 2024. I have valid I-797 till 11th June 2026.

 I need your suggestions and help here to know (related to Immigration), Is it ok to travel India and return to USA on above date?  

Do we have any travel rule for this?

How many Days before my visa expires can I travel back to the USA?

Can I stamp my H1B visa in India before it expired?
