H1 eligibility for 10+2+3 years Diploma (AME) with 10 years' experience.

Hello Sir / Madam,

I would like to know about my eligibility for getting H1B Visa. After finishing my plus two (10 + 2), I have completed 3 years diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (by Director General of Civil Aviation).  I have 10+ years' experience in IT.

Could you please advise me whether I am eligible for applying for H1B Visa with my 15 years education and 10+ years' experience in IT or not. Thank you in advance.

 Generally, 3 years of specialized training and/or work experience may equal one year of college level training that the Beneficiary may lack. You will have to submit all your academic and work experience documents to an evaluation agency to see if a university professor who has authorization to grant college level credit is able to grant a U.S. bachelor's degree equivalency in IT/related field.
