KiranRK Posted February 22 Report Share Posted February 22 (edited) Hi, My 7th year h1 b extension validity is May 2023 to May 2024. I was not in US when it was approved. I travelled to USA in Oct 2023 which is 5 months after the validity start date. Am I eligible to file extension to stay for remaining days from May 2024 to Oct 2024 to actually use the 1 year validity from the date of entering US. Also my old perm MTR has been withdrawn and new perm filed on Nov 1st 2023 Edited February 22 by KiranRK Quote Link to comment
