Jackus2019 Posted February 19 Report Share Posted February 19 Was arrest on 2019 on Domestic violence charge. I was charged with Assault and witness intimidation and strangulation. But the case was dismissed without prejudice in 2nd day. My case was sealed. I am planning to travel to India. Will there is a possibility of visa Refusal. Is there anything I can do to minimize that? I have the court disposition docket. Court docket and immigration memo. little worried! Quote Link to comment
