PAMA Posted February 13 Report Share Posted February 13 Good Evening, I have recently received GC for my father and wanted to know if it is legal to mail (FedEx/DHL) him GC card to India. As processing took much longer than expected, they left USA and I wanted to mail his card so that he can enter into USA showing their Permanent Residence cards at immigration counter. Experts...Please advise. He left on emergency ap which expired on 13th Oct 2023 ,got physical GC on 12th dec 2023 He was unable to come back due to illness and now he is doing good so i intend to bring him here in april 2024 Please advise Thank you.
