pbmca27 Posted February 11 Report Share Posted February 11 Hi, I am applying for H1B visa extension in Premium processing. My visa is expiring on 30th May 2024. I am also applying for my spouse's and kids' H4 extension and my spouse's H4 EAD renewal. I have a couple of questions: Will H4 visas be renewed in premium processing? I think H4 EAD does not get renewed in the premium process. Please let me know if this is correct. My wife runs an online publishing business (Amazon book publishing). She publishes as an author using her name and there is no incorporation for the business. If she does not get her EAD renewed by 30th May (which is very much likely in the current situation), what options does she have? She can stop publishing. But what about the royalty earnings from her existing books? Does she have to close the business? Quote Link to comment
