Approved I-140 - Job location change with same employer

Hi,

I have an approved I-140 with my employer for a location A (White plains,NY ) with a PD August 2018 EB2 category.
If I move to location B (Cary, NC) with the same employer and in the same position, 
I know H1-B amendemant needs to file before move.
I know my priority date becomes current will take many more years ( not soon )

Q1)  should the PERM & I-140 process restart for location B (Cary, NC)?

Q2) If we speicify both location A & location B in LCA during amendemant, still need to restart PERM & I-140 process ?
