i-140 approved - Emp A; New Labor Reject - Emp B; Trying to move to Emp C

Hello there,

here is my situation and wondering if any of you have known or have an opinion on how to deal with.

1. got I-140 approved from my ex-employer A

2. As part of outsourcing, moved to employer B but new GC labor(PERM) got rejected. Employer has chanllenged the deniel but verdict may take several years to arrive.

3. Meanwhile, not to waste time, trying to get employment from employer C who can sponser GC in EB2

4. 9th year on H1b with 3 year extension on Employer A I-140.

5. at this point, can I move to employer C ?, what are down sides to the move ?
