S Swetha Posted February 5 Report Share Posted February 5 My current employer started PERM during September 2023 with job title -A , now I got a new project with same client , same location with different vendor and but with job title B. 1. In this situation as the job title changes , do we need to go through LCA amendment and H1B amendment with USCIS? 2. As my PERM is in process with different job title, is amendment will affect , getting i140 . Quote Link to comment
