Hi guys,

What is the answer for 'Has anyone filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the Unted States Citizenship and Immigration Services?' considering that I filled DS-260 (but did not continue further steps as did not get interview appointment from the US embassy) one year ago.

Now I am filling DS-160 and want to know if I need to answer 'YES' or 'NO' in this case?
