Belle
"Does USCIS revoke an approved I-140 if the company that filed for the I-140 goes bankrupt?" No. They are not a bog brother to know everythign about every company. They may, however, review your case additionally if you file I-485 based on that I-140. Link to comment
hk2004
Thanks for replying. I will not file for I-485 based on that I-140 if the company goes bankrupt. The intention is to retain that PD by filing for a new I-140 from a different company. Hopefully, retaining the PD will not be a problem if the I-140 is not revoked. I have copy of the I-140 Approval notice. Link to comment
Belle
Yes, you are well within your rights to ask to PD retention from a previously apploved petition. The fact that the petition can no longer be used for further filing regardless of the reason does not impact your ability to retain the PD. Link to comment
