"Does USCIS revoke an approved I-140 if the company that filed for the I-140 goes bankrupt?"

No. They are not a bog brother to know everythign about every company. They may, however, review your case additionally if you file I-485 based on that I-140.

Thanks for replying. I will not file for I-485 based on that I-140 if the company goes bankrupt.

The intention is to retain that PD by filing for a new I-140 from a different company. Hopefully, retaining the PD will not be a problem if the I-140 is not revoked. I have copy of the I-140 Approval notice.

Yes, you are well within your rights to ask to PD retention from a previously apploved petition. The fact that the petition can no longer be used for further filing regardless of the reason does not impact your ability to retain the PD.
