PDPort Posted January 31 Report Share Posted January 31 My current employer filed my I-140 with the new PERM (date- 2022) and porting of old priority date (2012) from previously approved I-140. My case received an RFE requesting evidence of ability to pay from 2012. The current employer showed ability to pay documents from the new perm approval till date. Is there a change in any rule regarding ability to pay when porting old priority date. Quote Link to comment
