mowgli Posted January 27 Report Share Posted January 27 Hey guys, I am on H1b and my employer (a consultancy) has filed for PERM in July 2023. My current location is Sunnyvale, CA and my contract has ended yesterday (26 Jan 2024). My employer is asking me to accept jobs in other locations - TX, NC etc. I just want to make sure that this doesn't affect my PERM application. My employer says "There is no need to file a new PERM application if you change your location from California to anywhere outside" but i want to get a second opinion since trust is low.
