kjraman Posted January 26 Report Share Posted January 26 My son is on H1B Visa and is getting married this month. His fiancee is a dentist with masters in dental sciences from india. On two other earlier occasions before marriage , her B1 applications were rejected . Will there be any impact of earlier B1 rejections or problems with her present H4 application?
