vanirao Posted January 25 Report Share Posted January 25 Hi, I am trying to fill DS-160 for H1-B and I have a question in family section. For "Is your father in the US" I answered yes. I am confused about what to answer for "Father's status". My father came on tourist visa B2 and then he applied for I-485 and I-130. I-485 is currently pending. I-94 corresponding to his B2-visa already expired. What would be his current status. The options given are US citizen, US legal permanent resident, non-immigrant, other/I do not know.
