HH09 Posted January 23 Report Share Posted January 23 I was laid off from company A on Dec 15 on H1B and my grace period is ending on Feb 13. I found employer B who are filing my H1B. As per employer B, they would file my H1B within grace period but want to wait for decision before I join them ( which might be after grace period). Would I still maintain my status if they file H1B within grace period and I wont be joining them after grace period ends? Quote Link to comment
