Ashu88 Posted January 23 Report Share Posted January 23 Hi All, I have multiple cases with USCIS. - my extension was applied with USCIS to recoup 2 months and I never heard back after filing. Current status is nothing pending from you and the case is under review. I have maxed out the extension so i stopped working. - Applied for COS from H1b to H4, it is in vermont location. Average is 3.5 months while mine is almost 5 months and case is in received state. - H4 EAD is also in same location under received state. Both COS and H4 EAD received on same day Is my extension application misleading the COS and due to that there is no update on my case ? Can i go out of US and apply for H4 from India? If that can be done what are repercussions ? Am i allowed to do if yes within how many days can i get H4 visa stamped ? Last one is if there is any ammendment to my spouse h1b can i apply for h4 ead as premium once i am back at US ? I am in difficult condition . Any input will be appreciated ....
