DVA Posted January 22 Report Share Posted January 22 Hi, Here is my situation, appreciate your advice. I and my husband are on separate H1Bs and my kids are on H4 dependent under my husband's H1B. The situation is me and kids are traveling to India and attending Visa stamping. 1. Is there a possibility of taking a visa interview appointment for me and my kid's H4(who are under my Husband's h1B) at the same visa slot?? 2. do my kids have to go in a separate slot and I am on a separate slot? 3. If we all go in the same slot will my kids be moved under my H1? Do I have to produce any additional documents for this? How can this be planned, any suggestions are highly appreciated.
