chris22 Posted January 20 Report Share Posted January 20 Hello Everyone, I was arrested for shop lifting way back in 2015 in the state of Arkansas. I visited India during 2018 and 2019 and got my VISA without any issues. At the Port of Entry in Florida they sent me to the secondary Inspection and allowed me to step into United States. Am in India currently and got my VISA approved. Question 1 - I relocated from Florida to Texas state. Since there will be change in my Port of Entry this time, can i expect the same secondary inspection and will they allow me to step into the country? Question 2 - How long does the finger prints stay on my record ? It has been more than 8 years since this incident happened and i also expunged my record Quote Link to comment
