Chetna68 Posted January 18 Report Share Posted January 18 Hello, My H4 visa expired in October 2023, the last i94 status on my passport also expired on October 2023. We contacted the lawyer’s team at my husbands office when we found out about the separate H-4 extension in December. They have somehow extended my i94 till June, that’s how it shows up when I check online. Also recommended to go to India to get H4 updated. I checked my i94 myself and it is showing up till June, can anyone explain how this happened? And can I file form I-539 to extend my H4? Quote Link to comment
ameya1210 Posted March 27 Report Share Posted March 27 Hi, Me and my wife is in same situation. Wife H4 visa and i94 is expired in September 2023. Mt H1b is valid until aug2024. We thought we should be fine not extending visa. But just realized i94 is also expired in 2023. not sure what to do now. Quote Link to comment
