Meganaa Posted January 16 Report Share Posted January 16 My I797A/I129 has Employer name and address as Petitioner LCA 1 - Place of Employment - Client name and address LCA2 - Place of Employment - Home address as I work from home for most part. In filling DS-160 under Where do you intend to work - Name of Employer - will be my Employer's name but what should be the address? Should it be address of the employer as the section starts by asking Employer name or should address be my home address or client address? Whose phone number should be provided? Mine/Client/Employer This question was asked before but had mixed answers, could some one who filled DS-160 with such situation and succeeded guide rest of us please? Quote Link to comment
