We both are Indian passport holders (Indian citizens) I have I-140 approved with my previous employer. My current H-1B Visa is expiring on Jan 24, 2024 Meanwhile, I switched to a new employer. So having latest I-797 (H-1B), and also have a latest H4 (with approved I-797) with my latest employer But, me and my wife need the latest stamps in our passport. Question: Can we go to the US Embassy in Mexico to get our Visa's stamped? (be it dropbox or in-person) Or, will it be a risk if the Visa is not approved, we cannot enter the US, something like that? If anyone has any previous experiences of the same situation, it would be really helpful. Quote Link to comment
