Hello All,

My employer have filed H1B amendment for location change in month of August-2023 and as of now it is still under review ( No updates).

I traveled outside USA in Oct-2023 due to family emergency.

My query is - Can I renter in USA now , would there be any issue ? ( I am planning to travel on 31 Jan 24 ).

Any help in this regard is greatly appreciated.
