I understand that pending i-485 puts me 'in-status' however I won't be able to work since I've not received my EAD card yet. My question is, does 60-days grace period apply to me as well to transfer my H1b visa petition or can I transfer it beyond 60-days as well since my i-485 is pending? Thanks! Quote Link to comment
