Syamala R Posted January 9 Report Share Posted January 9 Hello everyone, My H4 EAD was approved on 17th October and has been stuck in "New card is being produced status" ever since. Ideally, I should have received my EAD card in a week or two, but there is no change in status. It will be about 90 days with the same status in 9 days from now. I raised an e-request with USCIS after a month has passed in mid Nov , but I don't see any means to track it online. Contacted them through phone, but it's all automated responses. I have no clue what is happening with my case. If anyone faced similar issues with their EAD, please let me know how to go about finding the actual status. I also heard there is an ombudsman option.
