Can I process my Green Card - If I have I-140 of my previous company

Hi Team,

I have a query on Green Card Processing. 

I have already I-140 from my previous company.

Recently I have joined a new company. Is it possible to use that I-140 and directly apply for I-765 for GC process through my new company.

Kindly let me know if this process is there or else what is the process that needs to be observed by this new company which I joined.
