b2 Visa got denied. she left USA before the biometric and she could not attend the biometric. her b2 visa got denied.Can she come to US again with the same visa

My mom came to USA in July 2019. We applied for Extension she got approved. That time covid situation begins and there is no flight. so we applied second extension on June 2020. She left USA on August 2020 until then she did not receive any biometrics notice. we got a biometric appointment on September 2021(After a year she left. Since it's a covid time we got the biometric notice from USCIS very later). She could not attend the biometric appointment. For this reason her extension got denied. In this situation ,can she come to USA now with the same Visa. Her B2 Visa is valid for another 4 more years..

If the B2 extensions were timely filed and there was no period of unlawful presence during her stay in the U.S., then yes, her existing visa is valid to use. As the denial happened only after her departure, this generally will not have any negative implications. She should carry her B2 approval/receipt notices with her just in case she is questioned about her prior visit.
