ba27 Posted January 5 Report Share Posted January 5 Hi, My H4 I797 was approved back in Dec 2022, but neither me nor the lawyers have received the 797A which has the new i94. I received the 797C which has the approval and the validity details. Now the problem is my current i94 and visa stamping has expired, and I need to apply for an EAD renewal which requires the new i94. I have already tried raising the request (https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDNForm.do?sroPageType=ndn&entryPoint=init) with USCIS twice (got the same 797C each time) raising a case with Ombudsman (no response) What options do i have? can I apply for the EAD renewal with the 797C without a new i94? Is there any other way to get the new i94 without leaving the country? Quote Link to comment
