H1 application processing by another employer after case approved in lottery through one employer

Hello,

My H1b case was approved in 2021 picked in lottery through company A working in India. I have switched to another company B 2 years back and they are willing to file h1b for me now. 

can i use my same case number that was picked 2021 through company A now with company B to avoid going through lottery now again. will i come under H1 CAP or not in this case if i use same case number.

I dont have any documentation with me currently apart from case number .. Do i need any documentation or company B can start processing my H1 through case number.
