Spouse signed I539A instead of 14 year old

Received RFE informing my spouse signed the I539 A instead of my daughter who turned 14 this year.   Can I resubmit I539 with daughter's signature?

You should respond as the RFE instructs you to. The language of it is likely asking you to resubmit a properly completed form - signed and dated by your daughter, instead of the spouse.

REF does not explicitly say to resubmit I539 form. Instead it says "Please submit evidence issued by the legal authority of the guardian's residence or domicile to establish that the person was authorized to sign on the child's behalf."  So want to be sure if it is ok to resubmit I539 form with my daughter's signature.
