yk_questions Posted December 23, 2023 Report Share Posted December 23, 2023 Hi, I am currently within the 60-day grace period and considering applying for a Change of Status (COS) to B2 for both myself and my spouse. I have a question regarding the application process. The information suggests that if we apply online, we need to submit as individual members. However, if we prefer to file a single application, we have to do it by mail. My main concern is whether it is mandatory to submit a single application by mail. I am also curious if there would be any implications later when transitioning back to H1B and H4 if we choose to file individually online. Thank you for your assistance. Quote Link to comment
