Legality of documents signed outside the US

Hi,

What is the validity of Offer letters signed by employees outside the US ? Are these documents submitted to USCIS for H1B visa approval or transfer ? It may depend on the country of origin but certain punitive clauses are included in such letters.

Employees can consult counsel after reaching the US ?

Don't sign anything you are not comfortable with. It is hard to fight anything which has your signature.
