Venkat1705 Posted December 20, 2023 Report Share Posted December 20, 2023 Good Morning , My Brother applied I-130 longback , we got NVC number and Invoice number and uplodaed all documents as per requirement ucics . we all 3 got interview on December 19,2023 .....My son's crossed 25 years on before interview date , but we are all submitted the documents and approved before 25 years ... interview officer mentioned , he can't do interview this time , he need to go for independent application , any suggestions ? still he is eligible to get PR / Interview ?
