B1/B2 visa unable to proceed with fees payment

Hi,

I tried paying the visa fees after ds-160 completion but the page was redirected to Norway website where I entered the details and now when I'm trying to make the payment through Indian website it's throwing error saying the account already exists.

Can you please help me in resolving in the issue.

5. If problem still persist take a Screenshot and send it to the support contact.
