i485 Priority Date of Primary vs Secondary

Wife : approved I140 with company A  ( July 2013)

Husband : approved i140 with company B ( Priority Date : Apr 2012)

Husband changed company to C, in 2021 and perm process started again. So no i140 at this point.

Priority Dates moved in 2021 to JULY 2013, so Wife's company filed for I1485 with WIFE as primary and HUSBAND as Secondary.

Dates retrogressed ( got EAD but not GC) 

Now, Priority dates moved again Current Priority Date has come to APR-2012 ( almost),  Can I notify USCIS to consider HUSBAND ( Secondary) 's Prioirty Date instead of waiting for WIFE ( primary's) prioirty date. and process our GC Case.
