H4 visa interview guidance needed for 17 and 18 year old children

I am currently in India. I have my H1B visa stamped and is valid till September 2025. This will be my first travel to the US. My husband has an interview waiver. My daughter is in college second year in India. My son is in class 12. They both have H4 visa interview scheduled in India. My son is planning to accompany me to the US next year for his undergraduate studies. My daughter is planning to complete her college in India. However, she will be visiting me in the US during her breaks. What kind of questions they can expect in the H4 visa interview? Should we go for an F1 visa for my son rather than H4?
