Pathuma Posted December 3, 2023 Report Share Posted December 3, 2023 I currently hold an H-4 EAD and wish to transition to H-1B and I have no sponsorship. Is it possible to switch from H-4 EAD to F-1 CPT? If so, what is the timeframe for this status change? Additionally, I am currently employed, and my intention is to work on weekdays while attending classes on weekends. Is this feasible within the F-1 CPT framework? If status changes?
