I140 from EMP A, no I140 yet from EMP B, can I switch to EMP C and retain my PD?

I have got my I140 approved and PD is Apr 2020 from my employer A, I changed my employer to say B, in 2022 and they haven't initiated my PERM yet and hence I am looking for jobs outside with employer C.
If I say for example change job in a month or two, what will happen to my I140, i.e. will I be able to retain my PD once my new employer C starts PERM?

Generally, yes - you will be able to retain the PD as long as that I-140 has not been revoked for fraud/misrepresentation, or withdrawn by the employer within 180 days of its approval.
