I didnt get any revocation as if now. If have to travel for india in an emergency what would be my senerio and my court final hearing is on DEC 5th 2023 there would be no conviction on DUI. Which my attory has already told me regarding this. My visa and my kid got F2 visa will it be problem for them while they are travelling, to u.s. can i know what is the solution for this case.
