Anonymous73 Posted November 26, 2023 Report Share Posted November 26, 2023 Hi, My wife is on F1 Visa valid until Aug 2027. She is on her Post Opt currently valid untill December 18, 2023. She applied STEM Opt online and receipt got generated. Due to some emergency, she travelled to India and planning to return in January/February. Can I as her husband add Premium Processing to her case via same uscis portal from usa ? (But my wife is in India. Will there be problem like cancellation or denial?)
