I 130 RFE family base parents green card

Hi, 

We got RFE for form i130 family base parents green card, asking evidence that shows Xkumar oza and x oza are the same person. Acceptable evidence must show it was registered with the government agency authorized to register the document. 

Basically, in my birth certificate, x oza but my father name we used xkumar oza. please guide how we can summit documents for this.

There are ways to address this discrepancy, such as affidavits and secondary documentation. However, it may be best to speak directly with an immigration attorney to help address this issue. Where the names are different is just as important as how the names are different.
