R1 Visa with received I-360 and waiting for date to be current any chances for extension

HI i have valid R1 visa with received I-360 and waiting for date to be current (10/14/2022 is my priority date). I will be completing 5 years by (09/30/2024) 2024 September. I want to know if there is any way if i can continue to stay here and work as i am waiting for my date to be current (10/14/2022 is my priority date) Or is they option for extension.

The only reason why i want to know is i have to travel to India next year October because of my daughter's wedding.

Any help is really appreciated. Please let me know my options
