desvidespardes Posted September 18, 2011 Report Share Posted September 18, 2011 I had EAD since 2 yrs and am waiting for GC. My Priority date Oct 2003 in EB3. My company recently applied new PERM with EB2. I have got great opportunity in India. If I move to India will I still get my GC when priority date hits? Is there something I can do to take India position and still get a GC ? Link to comment
